About me:

I was designated as an NLG in 2017 by the NCTL. I am Chair of Governors at a Single Academy Trust junior school, which is a Church of England VC school. I became a governor in 2012 and have been Vice-Chair at two schools and became Chair of Governors at two schools, one in 2013 and at another in 2016. I was invited to take over as Chair of Governors of a failing school and worked with an Improvement Board to drive the school back towards ‘Good’.

I have been involved in coaching on a one to one basis, both with new and experienced Chairs of Governors.
