About me:

I was designated as an NLG in 2016 by the NCTL. I am currently the Chair of a successful secondary MAT. Since my election to the Chair in 2013, the MAT has doubled the number of schools and all of them have stabilised or improved their Ofsted grades. I have also experience of governorship of a UTC . I am presently working with the GB
of a maintained Primary School to raise its Ofsted rating from Inadequate.

  • Carried out a full Health check on a Primary Multi Academy Trust, working as the lead with another NLG.
