About me:
  I have over 25 years of Governance experience from different perspectives.  As a Staff Governor, Ex Officio, LA Governor, Community Governor and Chair I have witnessed first-hand the developing role of governance over this time.  I have experienced the increase in responsibilities and accountability for governors and fully appreciate the impact that an effective board can have on the school and its pupils. 

As an NLG I thoroughly enjoy working with such a wide variety of governors and being able to support them in their very unique school settings.
